What are Spin classes?

Spin classes are indoor cycling workouts that are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and build strength. They typically involve riding on a stationary bike and following an instructor-led routine.

Do I need any prior experience?

No prior experience is necessary. Spin classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Our instructors will guide you through the workout and provide modifications as needed.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing a water bottle, a towel, and wearing comfortable workout clothes. Spin shoes are not required, but if you have them, you can bring them along.

How long is a Spin class?

Our Spin classes typically last for 30 minutes to an hour, including warm-up and cool-down periods. The intensity and duration varies depending on the class. Please see our Class Timetable for more information.
